Principe di Firenze – legal head office in Via del Sole 2, 50123 Firenze – being the creator and the promoter of all the contents and activities offered on the website www.principedifirenze.com, reserves the right to use personal data, freely given by users, in accordance with the Italian law (art.13 e ss, D.Lgs. 196/2003).

Principe di Firenze guarantees their Users that the processing of personal data will be reserved solely for administrative purposes which are connected with the fulfillment of contractual obligations and legal obligations, such as those related to accounting and taxes.

Data willingly furnished by Users, will absolutely not be communicated nor disclosed to third parties.
Regarding credit card payments, all information necessary for completing transactions (credit card number, debit card number, expiration date, security code) will be sent to the official institution responsible for treating sensitive data (MPS Group and Consorzio Triveneto), or to the companies responsible for fraud-control, through encryption, in such a way that third parties cannot obtain access. This information, however, will not be displayed nor stored by the Seller.

Principe di Firenze takes all security measures necessary to reduce to the minimum the risk of destruction or lost of data, the risk of unauthorized access or unapproved processing or other such procedures which do not conform with the purpose of data collecting indicated in our Privacy Policy. Nevertheless, Principe di Firenze cannot guarantee its Users that the measures adopted, for the security of the website and for the transmission of data and other information on the website, are able to limit or exclude the risk of unauthorized access. Furthermore, the dispersion of data by devices used by Users cannot be guaranteed. For this reason, we suggest that the User of the site make sure that one's computer is equipped with adequate software for the protection of data transmitted online (ie. updated anti-virus) and that one's own Internet Provider has adopted suitable measures for the security of data transmission online. Principe di Firenze ensures all Users that they can exercise their right to be informed as established in Article 7 D.Lgs. 196/2003. Its main part is reported here below. Users have the right to ask Principe di Firenze for the following information:

1 – the confirmation of the existence or less of personal data regarding them
2 – clear communication of such data and the source of it
3 – the reason and the purpose of its existence and how it is processed

The request for the above listed information can be renewed with a minimum interval of 90 days, with the exception to those cases which justify: cancellation or modification of personal data due to a violation of the law; cancellation of data considered not usable in that it does not conform to the purpose for which it was intended.

Order processing:
Principe di Firenze reserves the right to refuse orders or to refuse the distribution of services to whoever at any time.

Final client/consumer:
Principe di Firenzehas created and published the site www.principedifirenze.com with the aim of offering a service reserved exclusively to their clients. The products sold on this site are destined for final consumers. For final consumer we mean the physical person who acts for reasons that have nothing to do with ones own business or professional activity; the legal individual who does not intend to resell the products acquired on Principedifirenze.com. Therefore Principedifirenze.com asks all users, who do not come under the category of Final Consumers, to abstain from either trying to establish commercial business with P.F. or from placing orders to acquire merchandise through third parties. In accordance with the commercial policy described here above, Principedifirenze.com reserves the right to not process orders of goods which are not destined for the Final Consumer nor to process those orders which do not comply with our commercial policy.

Refusal of responsibility:
Principe di Firenze publishes information on its site with the aim to supply a service to its clients, however it refuses any responsibility concerning eventual technical inaccuracies or errors in regards to facts and/or typing errors which will be immediately corrected upon indication. Principe di Firenze further has the right to make corrections/modifications and changes on the site each and every time it is considered necessary without giving notice. Principe di Firenze does not provide any guarantee as to the conformity of the information published on its site in regards to the judicial law of the country where the Client is resident. Principe di Firenze declines responsibility relative to eventual problems, damage or risks which the User may encounter during the use of the site. Principe di Firenze guarantees that its site www.principedifirenze.com is protected according to the International standards provided for Internet. If used correctly, the User is protected from the risk of viruses. Principe di Firenze declines any responsibility relative to eventual malfunctions due to the deactivation of “cookies” in Users' Browser. Principe di Firenze reserves the right to reexamine and rectify the terms and conditions contained in this legal note through an update each and every time it is necessary, without being obliged to give previous notice. The User must hold to the terms contained in this legal note, controlling periodically any eventual updates, changes and corrections.

Prices and Terms of payment
The prices published on the site, the payments and the invoices are all in Euro. The total that will be charged to the credit card can vary in that it is based on the exchange rate – which can fluctuate – and on the bank commission and any shipping charges. Principe di Firenze suggests that the Clients contact their bank to request detailed information regarding exchange rates and bank commissions involved in the transaction.

Terms of payment
The terms of payment accepted by Principe di Firenze are the following:

Credit Card – At the moment of purchase the Clients have to enter the details of their credit card in an electronic protected banking system, provided by MPS. It is possible to make purchases through the Consorzio Triveneto. All transactions are processed through a secure server, which guarantees the Clients of Principe the maximum data protection. The operators of Principe Customer Service are not authorized in any way to request or accept credit card numbers and/or validity data such as expiration date.

Banking Transfer Order – When choosing to pay by bank transfer, at the end of the order, the Client will automatically receive an E-mail confirmation including banking details of Principe. The merchandise will then be set aside until the transfer order is accredited on our bank account.
The Client must send a copy of the payment via FAX or by e-mail within 48 hours from the time upon receiving order confirmation.
If within this period Principe has not received a copy of the payment, we will proceed with the cancellation of the order.
The order will be shipped when the banking transfer order has shown up on our banking account and as soon as the merchandise is available in our warehouse.

Order status: It is possible to control directly on line at what point the order is; go to the reserved area and click on the section “My orders”. We wish to remind our Clients that once those orders, with immediately available articles, have been confirmed and processed, they can no longer be modified. The orders placed separately will be shipped separately.
